1903 : The Ford Motor Company sold their 1st car, which was a Model A Ford, sold to Ernest Pfennig, a dentist in Chicago. A total of 1,750 Model A Ford vehicles were sold until 1904, when it was replaced by the Ford Model C. Official website : Ford.com
